What data we process

This website has no forms or sign-up: we do not collect data while you browse. We process the data you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone: name, phone number, email, company, the content of your messages and any material you choose to share (for example, photos of your product, venue or property).

Like any website, our hosting provider's server logs technical data about visits (IP address, browser, date and time) for security and operational purposes.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiries, prepare proposals and samples, deliver the services you hire, handle invoicing and keep the website secure. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and we will not send you marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR); taking pre-contractual steps and performing the contract (art. 6.1.b); complying with legal obligations such as tax rules (art. 6.1.c); and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 6.1.f).

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, for a maximum of 12 months after your last contact. If you are a client, for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial records). Server logs are kept for the limited period set by the hosting provider.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law. To operate we use providers that process it on our behalf: website hosting (Hostinger), our email service and WhatsApp Business (Meta). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, it is under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@gyroagency.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
